Wauters' Museum of Contradictions
II'm excited to see my translation of Antoine Wauters' The Museum of Contradictions - twelve razor-sharp short stories - published by Selkies House. Much of my translation was completed at a wonderful residency in Belgium at the Château de Seneffe, generously offered by Passaporta and for which I am very grateful, in no small part due to the inspiring encounters with fellow translators from all over the world. This book won the prestigious Prix Goncourt de la Nouvelle in 2022
